Problem Statement:
Discord is a chat, calling, meeting application, for gamers, streamers, students, etc. However, this app is confusing for new users, require time to learn. There are four main problems, namely (1) There is no main menu (too much happens on one main page - like a market), (2) In its application on websites and laptops, the Add Friend section is not in the form of a logo but in the form of writing " Add Friend" which is quite confusing. People will tend to look at pictures rather than text, (3) Some of the icons on laptops and iPads are different but same meaning - there is no consistency in the icons/buttons, (4) On the original website, some of the text has fonts that are difficult to read. The typeface is too thin. These are the pain points in my opinion.
